Woofer was started in NYC by dog parents who looked at the dog-walking category and could not in good conscience use any of it. Different walker every week. A profile photo and a four-star rating. A safety incident in the press every quarter. A category that had quietly stopped trying. We didn’t set out to build another dog-walking app. We set out to build the standard the category should have been all along.
