"Cherry was pulled off a kill shelter's euthanasia list with less than 24 hours to spare. A dog who comes to you that way teaches you fast that a walk is never just a walk, and I take it seriously to make sure she has a beautiful life. So when I looked for someone to walk her in NYC, I kept finding the same things: walkers who didn't show, strangers in my apartment, daycare with plastic floors, group walks where Cherry spent half the time tied to a sidewalk. None of it was actual care. So we built Woofer."
